Goal Setting for senior citizens is not quite the same as goal setting when we are in our 30’s. Most of us are nearing retirement or retired. But we still have tons of stuff we want to do, and that is the list that will become our goals.
Are you as healthy as you want to be? Do you need to lose some weight or get in shape? Physical goals are especially wise for everybody. How far can you walk? Can you double your walking distance in a month? What is your walking goal for the next year? Your goal weight?
Where do you want to go? What do you want to experience? Have you ridden a horse? Would you like to ride an elephant? One of my big dreams is to go on a turtle rescue. What is your dream? What do you need to do to achieve that goal?
What about your book? The one that has been running through your head your entire life? Now is the time to get that goal on paper and do it! One little step at a time.
